Frequently Asked Questions
Orders & Shipping
1. How long does it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 4–9 business days. In total, you can expect your order within 6–12 business days from the date of purchase.
2. Do you offer free shipping? Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
3. Which countries do you ship to? We currently ship throughout the United States only.
4. Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses? Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
5. What time do you stop processing orders? Our order cutoff time is 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Returns & Refunds
6. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
7. How do I start a return? Contact us at support@clara-lane.com and we will guide you through the process. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
8. Can I return a worn item? No — items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.
9. How long does it take to receive my refund? Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
10. What if I live in the European Union? If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

11. What kind of clothing do you sell? Clara Lane offers a carefully curated collection of women's fashion including dresses, tops, bottoms, outerwear, footwear and accessories — selected for women who want to feel confident, stylish and completely themselves.
12. How do I know what size to order? Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before ordering as sizing can vary between styles.
13. Do you restock sold out items? We work with limited quantities on many styles. If an item sells out it may not be restocked. We recommend ordering quickly when you find something you love.

14. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro and Shop Pay.
15. Is my payment information secure? Yes. Our store uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store or have access to your full card number — only your billing details and the last 4 digits of your card.
16. What currency are your prices listed in? All prices are listed in USD.

17. How can I contact Clara Lane? You can reach us at support@clara-lane.com. We are available Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET. We aim to respond within one business day.
18. Are you open on weekends? We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. However, you are always welcome to send us a message and we will get back to you first thing Monday morning.
